All financial transactions on cx888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cx888 does not apply currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKR wallet, minus any charges levied by your payment provider (which are external to cx888 and beyond cx888's control).

Game results are final once confirmed. Sports and esports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, cx888's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live betting event, cx888 will review the incident and determine the appropriate outcome. Where a malfunction prevents a game round from completing normally, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. cx888 will not be liable for any claimed winnings resulting from technical errors in the display of odds, multipliers, or game outcomes.
